| We offer a One-time Service in which the flood status of the
property is determined based on the date of the current FIRM (Flood Insurance Rate Map)
and the date the order was received. |
We first locate
the property on updated street maps. This allows us to place the property on the currently
effective FIRM flood map, enabling for the determination of a flood zone status. We
use tax parcel maps, and other map overlays to define the property's boundaries. |
We provide all
FIRM map information necessary to rate a flood insurance policy such as: Community Name,
Community Number, Panel Number, Suffix, Date of FIRM, and the Flood Zone. |
All
documentation required by law and by FEMA is provided, including a Borrower
Notification Form. |
